The body as an instrument, rhythm as a universal language. Body percussion is an art form that blends music and movement, turning claps, finger snaps, foot stomps, and everyday gestures into pure rhythmic energy.
In this introductory workshop, open to everyone, participants will be guided to discover their natural rhythm, learning simple sequences that combine sound, coordination, and collective play. Through progressive and engaging exercises, body percussion becomes an experience of mutual listening, connection, and joy, where the body transforms into an orchestra and the group into a single musical breath.
No prior experience is needed – just curiosity, the desire to move, and the willingness to be surprised by the power oF shared rhythm.
